Cookie Policy
Effective date: 10 March 2026 · Last updated: 10 March 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies JOBVIAN uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
4. Your Consent & Choices
When you first visit JOBVIAN, a cookie banner is shown. You can Accept (enables analytics cookies) or Reject (analytics cookies are not set). Your choice is saved in localStorage and respected on future visits.
You can withdraw or update your consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for jobvian.com, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. You can do this via your browser's Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage.
All modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies (token) will prevent you from staying logged in.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking globally by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Third-Party Cookies
The only third-party cookies we use are from Google Analytics (Google LLC). Google may use the data collected to personalise ads on other sites if you have not opted out of ad personalisation in your Google account. We have configured Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2 — analytics data is only collected after you give consent.
Data collected via Google Analytics is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes or when required by law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
